1. Introduction 1.1. Welcome to levinperfumes.com (the "Site"), operated by Le vin, C.N. 314834755, located at Esther HaMalka 3, Modi'in, Israel (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 1.2. The Site serves as a virtual store for the sale of original perfumes (the "Products"). 1.3. By using the Site, including browsing or purchasing Products, you signify your full agreement to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are kindly requested to refrain from using the Site. 1.4. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the Site.

2. The Purchase Process 2.1. Any individual over the age of 18 who holds a valid credit card, an active PayPal account, or access to the Bit application is eligible to make a purchase on the Site. 2.2. A purchase is made by adding Products to the shopping cart, proceeding to the checkout page, and filling in all required fields: full name, complete shipping address, email address, phone number, and selecting a payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bit). Providing false information is a criminal offense. 2.3. The completion of a transaction is contingent upon receiving authorization from the respective payment processor (credit card company, PayPal, or Bit). Upon receiving authorization, a confirmation email will be sent to the user (the "Order Confirmation"). 2.4. In the event that a transaction is not authorized, the user will receive an appropriate notification. To complete the transaction, please contact our customer service. 2.5. The Company reserves the right to prevent any user from making a purchase on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, including in cases of misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of incorrect details.

3. Products and Pricing 3.1. All prices on the Site are listed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT as required by law. Prices do not include shipping fees. 3.2. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. There may be differences between the images displayed and the actual Products. 3.3. The Company makes every effort to ensure the information on the Site is as accurate as possible. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing may occur. In the case of a significant error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction, notify the customer, and issue a full refund. 3.4. The Company may update Product prices and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice. The binding price is the price presented to the customer upon completion of the order process.

4. Intellectual Property 4.1. All intellectual property rights on the Site, including the design, source code, images, texts, logos, and any other material displayed, are the exclusive property of the Company or of third parties who have granted the Company permission for their use. 4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any content appearing on the Site without the express prior written consent of the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability 5.1. Use of the Site is at the user's sole risk. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the user or any third party as a result of using the Site. 5.2. The Products on the Site are original perfumes. They must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with their instructions. It is recommended to test the product on a small patch of skin before widespread use to rule out an allergic reaction. 5.3. The Company is not responsible for any use of the Products that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 6.1. These Terms and any matters arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. 6.2. The competent courts in the Central District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning these Terms or the use of the Site.

Privacy Policy - levinperfumes.com Le vin Company (hereinafter: "the Company") respects the privacy of users of the site. This document details the site's privacy policy and the manner in which the company collects and uses information.

1. Information Collection We collect two types of information:

1.1. Personal information: Information that you voluntarily provide to us when making a purchase, such as: name, address, email, telephone number. This information is required to complete the purchase transaction, ship the products, and contact you regarding the order.

1.2. Non-personal information: Statistical information collected automatically while browsing the site, such as: IP address, browser type, and use of "cookies" for the purpose of the ongoing and proper operation of the site, and in particular for the functioning of the shopping cart.

2. Use of Information The information provided by you will be used solely for the following purposes:

2.1. Processing and fulfilling your order, including delivery and payment collection.

2.2. Contacting you if necessary regarding your order.

2.3. Proper operation of the site.

2.4. The Company does not collect information for the purpose of sending marketing materials or newsletters, and will not use your information for this purpose without your express and separate consent.

3. Providing information to third parties The company will not transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the cases detailed below:

3.1. To credit clearing companies, PayPal or Bit for the purpose of making the payment.

3.2. To a courier company for the purpose of delivering the order.

3.3. In the event of a legal dispute between you and the company that requires disclosure of your details.

3.4. If a court order is received ordering the disclosure of your details.

4. Information Security The Company takes standard precautions, including the use of SSL technology, to maintain the confidentiality of information as much as possible. However, in cases beyond its control and/or arising from force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any damage of any kind if this information is lost or if it is used without authorization.

3. Shipping Policy

1. Shipping areas We deliver throughout the country, subject to the courier company's restrictions.

2. Delivery times:

2.1. Order processing and collection time: up to 3 business days.

2.2. Delivery time via courier: 3-7 additional business days from the date the order is processed.

2.3. In total, the estimated delivery time from the moment the order is placed is between 4 and 10 business days.

2.4. "Business days" are Sunday-Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays and Sabbath days.

2.5. There may be delays in delivery to remote communities, kibbutzim and moshavim.

3. Shipping costs

3.1. Free delivery with a courier to your home on purchases of 400 NIS or more.

3.2. For purchases under 400 NIS, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of payment (at the checkout stage) and will depend on the delivery address.

4. Order Tracking After your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status.

5. Incorrect details It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate address and correct contact information. In the event of incorrect details being provided that lead to the package being returned, the customer will be charged an additional shipping cost.

4. Exchange and return policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product in accordance with the conditions detailed below and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

1. Transaction cancellation and product return

1.1. You can cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

1.2. Necessary condition for return: The product must be returned in its original and complete packaging (including the cellophane), closed, without defect and without any use. Perfume that has been opened or used will not be returned, for reasons of hygiene and in accordance with the provisions of the law.

2. How to make the return

2.1. Please contact customer service by email at cestlevinperfume@gmail.com and indicate the order number and reason for return.

2.2. The product must be sent back to our address: Le vin, Esther Hamalka 3, Modiin.

2.3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund

3.1. After receiving the product and checking that it meets the return conditions, a refund will be made.

3.2. The refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.

3.3. The credit will be made within 14 business days from the date the product is received back at our offices.

4. Product Arrived Damaged or Broken In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please include clear documentation (photo or video) of the outer packaging and the damaged product with your request. In this case, we will arrange for the product to be replaced or a full refund, at your option, at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges Since these are perfumes, exchanges cannot be made after the product has been opened. If you wish to exchange a closed product, you must follow the product return procedure and place a new order on the site.
